Growing up in a house of avid foodies, I was always found in the kitchen. My parents ran successful restaurants over the years, and with that, my passion for food emerged from a young age.

I love to experiment in the kitchen and grew up dreaming of running my own business. Food is one of the things that really bring people together.

Platter is my labour of love and my way of showing people what is possible with a table of food. I love to watch people enjoy great food and experiment with different flavours.

My childhood dreams of working with food became a reality in 2018, when Platter was established, and since then I’ve watched my platters and grazing tables bring so much happiness to many.

As a busy Mum and business owner, I pride myself on my work. It's an opportunity to combine my love for food with my creative side.
